How billing works

The first payment
You pay after you sign the mandate: the plan price plus the one-time setup fee. Right after that the details for marketplaces appear in your account.

When you reach the limit
New products are not activated above the plan limit. Your account offers a higher plan, and you pay only the difference for the rest of the period.

Cancelling
You can cancel in your account. The mandate and the certificate stay valid until the end of the paid period. [LAWYER TEXT]

Agencies
The Agency plan is one account for several sellers: one subscription, one setup fee and a product limit shared by all sellers. Each seller signs their own mandate under their own login and can leave the agency at any time. We set the agency account up ourselves: write to us.
